Do you drink tea ? Black, Green, White, Oolong, Pu-erh, Yellow ? The 6 different tea come from the same plant, Camellia Sinensis (you can see 3 of 4 years old, the greener. the 3 others are Osmanthus fragrans left right and center). Empereurs of China 3 000 years ago used to drink green tea, with osmanthus fragrans flower tree with a very delicate flavor. The tea is made of harvest of the 3 firsts leaves, then leaves are following at long and complex process to be consumed. Green tea was initially invented is China, and for Commercialisation in Europe as the green tea conservation is of one year, a process of oxydation was invented to create the black tea. conservation 3 years, allows the transport by boat all over the world.

Fragrance flowers are also used in perfume industrie. This is an Hardy tree. Perfect for a small hedge.

I was very honored to be selected for the belvoir castle show 2024.
